A2ALL: PHM and fLV Track Liver Regeneration
This study looked at liver regeneration after 2/3 of a healthy persons liver was donated to a patient.  Green traces show liver volume dropping to 1/3 of baseline after donation.  Blue traces show the body compensating with increased blood flow.  Red traces show liver function drops to only about 1/2 of baseline and recovers in about six months.
